Asha Lingaraju brings close to two decades of experience building and scaling operations for education-led, healthcare, and technology-driven organizations across India and the United States. Her career spans leadership roles in ed-tech, healthcare services, consulting-driven business analysis, and senior operations and marketing positions within global education and study-abroad platforms. Across these environments, she has led large teams, standardized workflows, and ensured quality, compliance, and delivery at scale.

She brings deep hands-on expertise in end-to-end operations, spanning program execution, process audits, SEO-led content strategy, digital marketing, CRM-driven sales enablement, and stakeholder management. Having worked across structured enterprise settings and fast-growing education ventures, Asha is also passionate about mentoring teams and fostering collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders.

At iStart Valley, Asha serves as Program Manager, leading the planning and execution of global STEM programs and internships. She oversees learner experience, instructor coordination, marketing execution, and platform workflows to ensure seamless delivery across cohorts. Backed by a Management degree in Human Resource Development and dual master’s degrees in English Literature and International Relations, she combines academic depth with operational excellence to advance iStart Valley’s mission of empowering future innovators and entrepreneurs.
