Neil Joshi

Sr. Director

Neil Joshi is a senior at Monroe Township High School in New Jersey. He is a podcast audio engineer, marketing lead, and student entrepreneur with a strong interest in business, content creation, and communications. As the creative lead and audio engineer for FormuLATTE, a student-run career podcast, Neil oversees audio production and post-processing while also contributing to branding strategy. Neil also earned a black belt after training in martial arts for over eight years. Neil earned a social media marketing certification and currently manages digital marketing for local restaurants and small businesses, with a focus on video production, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement. In addition, Neil volunteers at his local library and has competed in DECA events at the state level. He plans to major in a business-related field and pursue work in marketing, media, and strategy. He also completed the iStart Valley Summer Startup Internship, gaining experience in entrepreneurship and startup strategy. Neil is a recipient of the Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award in recognition of his efforts through the iStartValley Internship. He is now a member of the iStart Valley Youth Executive Committee, where he supports content initiatives and blogs on business-related topics.
